Eligibility for Returns

• Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

• To initiate a return, please contact our support team at official@teckninja.com  with your order number and reason for the return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Products that are used, damaged, or not in their original condition will not be eligible for return.

• Any item returned beyond the 7-day return window will not be accepted.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified regarding the status of your refund.

• If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–7 business days.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

• Orders can only be cancelled before shipment. Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

Exchanges

• We currently do not offer exchanges. Customers may return an eligible item and place a new order separately.
